3 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Tamari (Gluten Free Soy Sauce)
3 tablespoons Raw cacao nibs
2 tablespoons Goji berries
1 cup Medjool dates, chopped
½ cup Raisins
1 Batch Raw chocolate
Extra Goji berries, bee pollen, cacoa nibs or pumpkin seeds to garnish! (Go wild peeps! Use that beautiful imagination of yours!)
Pour all of the above into a food processor except for the Raw chocolate. Blend until everything is combined (I must warm you that some food processors will struggle with the dates, if that is the case then add your dates one at a time!)
Grab a parchment paper lined tin or dish and in the most animated fashion you can muster smush the mixture into the parchment until you have it resembling something close to a flat surface!
Now this is the best part! Eat whatever has stuck to your hands (just because you can!) Then wash to continue cause sticky fingers are never fun!
Pour your batch of beautiful raw chocolate over the smushed base and sprinkle with whatever you fancy! (you can use melted dark chocolate here either but the raw chocolate is so much better for you if you can!)
Let it set in the fridge and then dole out for bribes!! 😜
