Attention all gym junkies, pancake lovers, brunch seekers and healthy foodies. This recipe may just change your life! Never has it been so easy to bring Sunday brunch into your own home and…. it’s healthy?!! WTF!!! I bring you heaven on a plate….. two ingredient pancakes. Yep you heard me, two ingredients. Egg and banana, that’s it. Guess what that means……. They’re super healthy and they taste unreal! That’s right they’re high in protein, low in fat and are dairy, gluten and refined sugar free! Pancakes 4 INGREDIENTS:

2 Bananas

3 Eggs

1tsp cinnamon (optional)

Oil for frying


Mixed berries, bacon, maple syrup, almond butter…. Good god the list is endless!

Simply blend the banana with the egg and cinnamon. I use my Nutri-Bullet but you could also use a fork and some pent up aggression. (No judgment)

Pancakes 3

Pour circular shapes into a heated, lightly oiled frying pan and toss to your best ability, go on you good thing!

Transfer to a plate and devour! Pancakes
