This soup is one of my favourites during the winter for when I want to get some green goodness into me but it’s just too cold to be walking around with a smoothie! I don’t care how fashionable it is right now, it’s just too damn cold for me! ❄️😱

So, if like me you wanna get some green goodness into that beautiful body of yours and not have to be absolutely freezing to do it… then this Supergreen soup is for you! its warm, filling and unbelievably tasty! Plus its loaded with green plant based goodness! That’s because the vitamins in just the one cup of kale can trump a whole week’s worth of other foods as it contains 684% of the daily value of vitamin K, 206% of the suggested daily amount of vitamin A, and 134% of vitamin C. HOLY MOLY!!😱


 Serves 4


2 Cups Kale

2 Cups Peas

2 Sticks Celery

1 Onion

1 Head Broccoli

2 Sprigs Rosemary

1 Small Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley

1 Stock Cube

1 Cup Milk ( I Use Cashew Milk But You Use Whatever)

3 Cups Water

1 Tbs. Cashew Butter


Ok Im gonna say this slowly cause its super difficult……………….. put everything into a pot, bring it to the boil, let it simmer for 5mins and then blend.

 Told you it was super difficult! ha ha ha 😛 this makes quite a lot so I usually freeze half and take it out as I need it!
